Q. HARDEST LESSON YOU LEARNED IN BUSINESS?
I am so privileged to work in the arts and wellness sectors which are full of amazing people and some really rewarding opportunities but I have learned the hard way that you have to really be clear on your goals and if you are working with friends or co-investors, you really need to set out the ground rules carefully and clearly communicate any issues. Having that robust conversation at the outset can spare you a lot of challenges and confusion later down the line. There is also lots to be said for a regular review of those business and personal goals so that you check they really are aligned and you aren’t just running in the ‘hamster wheel’.
Q. THREE THINGS THAT DEFINE YOUR BRAND OR BUSINESS
Wellness experts, magical places, transformational experiences
Q. FAVOURITE LOCAL HANGOUT?
I am such a Chelsea girl and always have been. I love Good Life Café, their ‘Incredible Hulk’ is my post-workout juice of choice, Zianni for good old-fashioned Italian food and the occasional cocktail at The Bluebird (you have to have a balance!)
Q. WHAT WOMAN INSPIRES YOU?
So many! My mother, my sister, my brilliant colleagues, my amazing female clients amongst others. My huge inspiration as a young dancer training at the Royal Ballet School was Dame Ninette De Valois who founded the Royal Ballet and was this extraordinary visionary. She was strong, creative and had a huge capacity to develop the talents of all the creatives working alongside her during the post-war years. Her legacy lives on in the Royal Ballet and the dance world is the richer for it.
Q. A QUOTE YOU LIVE BY?
