All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal.
Shipping & Delivery:
ALL orders are sent out free of charge excluding duty and taxes that may be incurred for international shipments outside the United Kingdom and European Union.
Due to the value of our product, UK orders will be shipped via a trusted courier service or Royal Mail and will require a signature. In-stock items ship within 48 hours and will arrive at a UK address within 3-5 days.
All orders to European and ROW (rest of the world) addresses are sent express delivery via DHL, these, however, may take a little longer, depending on customs.
Shipments outside the UK:
Shipments outside of the UK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties and taxes. The duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary between countries and by what items have been ordered, thus Livotte Ltd. is not able to supply an estimated cost. You may wish to contact your local custom’s office for current rates in advance. The local authorities will be able to best advise of any applicable customs and duty charges you may incur by placing your order.
