Livotte does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The Livotte payment gateway is via a secure server ensuring your details are safe at all times.


Orders are processed Monday – Friday 9am-5pm GMT.  If your order is placed after 5pm GMT, it will be processed the next working day. Orders will not be processed on the weekend or on Bank Holidays. An email notification of payment will be sent as a receipt. Orders that are returned to Livotte Ltd. due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.  All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal. Please note that all payments are take in GBP (Great British Pound). Exchange rates and credit card fees vary among credit card providers.


ALL orders over £250 are shipped free of charge. This excludes duty and taxes that may be incurred for international shipments outside the United Kingdom and European Union.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will require a signature. In-stock items ship within 24 hours and will arrive at a UK address within 1-3 business days.

All orders to European and ROW (rest of the world) addresses are sent via Royal Mail or FedEX and typically take 3-5 business days.


Shipments outside of the UK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties and taxes. The duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 
Rates vary between countries and by what items have been ordered, thus Livotte Ltd. is not able to supply an estimated cost. 
You may wish to contact your local custom’s office for current rates in advance. The local authorities will be able to best advise of any applicable customs and duty charges you may incur by placing your order.


We hope that you are very happy with your purchase(s) from Livotte. However if you would like to make a return or exchange, please find the policy outlined below.


Unused and unworn items may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt. The cost of returning an item(s) within the UK is free of charge. Simply email us at info@livotte.com and a return label will be provided via email. For orders outside the UK it is the responsibility of the customer to handle the return of goods.  If an item has been sent damaged or the return is the result of an error on our part, we will gladly refund the cost of return.  Livotte advises sending return items via signed for or tracked services.  For returns outside the UK and EU it is necessary to include proper documentation and mark as a UK RETURN.

Kindly send an email to info@livotte.com letting us know that you wish to return the item(s) and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please ensure that all items are returned in fully saleable condition, unmarked and unwashed, with labels and hang tag attached.

Please also note that Livotte cannot accept returns of the following:

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

* Any item that is damaged or is not in its original condition unless otherwise noted in advance.

After Livotte has received your refund request, the refund will be processed and a member of staff will notify you via e-mail. The refund will be done in the same payment method originally used.

Returns can only be made directly via the Livotte website (livottelondon.com).
