How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Simply click on STORE on the menu bar and shop the collection. Click on an item, select your size, quantity and click ‘Add to Bag.’ Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our checkout process.
Can I order by telephone?
If you are having difficulty making a purchase through the website, for any reason, you can reach us by telephone Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT. The telephone number is +44 (0) 7545577672.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. If a size is greyed out in the choose size drop down menu then the size is no longer available but may be restocked in the future. If you are interested in purchasing an item that is out of stock in a particular size then you can email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our staff will notify you if and when the item/size will be available.
What payment methods does Livotte accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are taken in GBP (Great British Pound). Exchange rates and credit card fees may apply and vary among credit card providers.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Livotte?
We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order.
When will I receive my order?
UK domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class and should arrive in 2-3 business days. International orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and typically take 5-7 working days.
How do I return an item?
You have up to 14 days to return an item, however you must send an email request prior to sending an item(s) back. For full details on the returns process, see our Returns page located in the Legal section at the bottom of our website’s homepage.
Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
Orders shipped outside of the UK are shipped DDU and may be subject to further duty and taxes to be paid by the customer. As these taxes and charges vary from country to country and are dependent on the shipment of certain items, we advise you contact your local custom’s agent to inquire of any additional duty and taxes that will need to be paid once the shipment has landed. In this case, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Livotte Ltd. back to you.

In order to register as a user of Livotte, we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address and email address. We may use these details to inform you of upcoming events and promotions. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please send an email to email@example.com. In order to process credit-card orders online we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit-card number and credit-card expiration date. We will only use your billing and credit-card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that Livotte Ltd. does not store your details on our website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the Livotte website.
